Owens Bonding Can Assist with a Bail Bond
Arrest warrants are issued for issues large and small – from lost parking tickets to criminal offenses. Warrants that are not addressed get worse the longer they’re active. If you or a loved one has an active warrant in Wichita, Kansas, contact Owens Bonding immediately. We can help you address the issue and offer bail bond services to bring you home affordably and quickly while awaiting sentencing.
There are three types of bonds you might encounter when dealing with an active warrant in the court system:
- Surety Bonds: In the case of a surety bond involving bail, one party – usually a bail bond agency – assumes the responsibility of the borrower’s (or the defendant’s) debt.
- Own Recognizance: Also known as “Personal Recognizance,” an Own Recognizance (OR) bond does not require the defendant to post any money. Instead, they’re released on a promise to appear in court for all future appearances.
- Cash-Only Bonds: Cash-only bonds are not eligible for bail bonding. The defendant must pay the full bail amount in case before being released from jail.
Available 24 hours a day and serving most counties across Kansas, Owens Bonding helps anyone who is eligible for a bail bond.
